Returns
We hope you love your EJ’s Clubhouse piece. If something isn’t quite right, returns are possible under the conditions below.
Return period
You may return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Personalised items
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 5 business days.

What is EJ’s Clubhouse?
EJ’s Clubhouse creates ceramic wall art for children’s rooms.
Each piece is made from ceramic tiles with a graphic illustration, mounted on wood and designed to stay as rooms and children grow.
Are the pieces posters or prints?
No. EJ’s Clubhouse pieces are ceramic tiles, not paper prints.
They are durable, tactile and made to last.
Are your products suitable for children’s rooms?
Yes. All designs are created specifically for children’s rooms, with calm colours, graphic shapes and a timeless character.
How are the pieces mounted?
Each piece comes mounted on a wooden backing with a wall hook on the back, making it easy to hang.
Are the products made to order?
Yes. All EJ’s Clubhouse pieces are made to order to ensure care and quality.
How long does shipping take?

All products are described as accurately as possible on the website.
Because many items are made to order, slight variations may occur. These do not affect the quality or character of the product.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed via the EJ’s Clubhouse website.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.
EJ’s Clubhouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases.

6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
Consumers have the right to return standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of receipt.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return conditions, costs and refund details are described on the Shipping & Returns page and apply fully.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ejs-clubhouse.com, including a photo of the issue.
We will provide an appropriate solution.
8. Liability
EJ’s Clubhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
